Michael WinnI purchased the Focus Theme. It is running. And then I upgraded to WP 4.1 and presto! I can no longer customize the them – the page states it is loading but nothing every happens. I would like to change the background but cannot at this point. Will there be a fix?

Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

Michael WinnThank you! By process of elimination, I found out that it was the "Wordpress Shortcodes" plugin by Synved that caused the problem.

I move the wordpress from a temporary folder on the root and now I cannot see the cusomization screen.
I tried to desactivate all plugins but no effect. What should I check?

This should be in DW Focus – sorry….and – this problem occurs in all the browsers I use.
