Problem with Questions Archive in Genesis Framework

Hi, DW Questions & Answer is a great plugin that I am using my website. But I am facing the compatibility of this plugin with Genesis Framework: when I click on the question category a wiered page comeup with only question list page title with hyper link and on click goes back to question list page.

Please advise how to fix this, theme is Genesis framework

At the moment, the plugin does not fully compatible with the Genesis framework, I sent and notified to you technical team about this issue, we will check and let you know.
