I can't translate some areas in the markdown editor in DW question plugin.

I can’t translate these from the poedit because i couldnt found them:
1) On Markdown Editor : When hove the mouse in ’’Create Link’’ , ’’Insert Image’’, ’’Toggle Preview’’, ’’Toggle Fullscreen’‘
2) On Markdown Editor :’‘lines’’ and ’’words’’ texts in the right down of the markdown editor box.
Where i can translate these?
