How to keep categories from displaying featured posts on the main page?

This is to simply avoid duplicate displays of posts that belong to a category but are also featured on the DW Focus: News Slider. Thanks!

Hi Miguel,

In the widgets used on your main page you can filter by the categories you want to show. Also, in the news slider you can choose the category you want.
You can arrange such a configuration to do so, including/excluding categories from each widget.
