How to change pagination to years?

Hi, thank you for the answer. I saw this question, but it answers my questions partly.
If I change Page1, Page2 to 2015, 2014, still it wont work as years. For example, I have 10 posts in 2013, 20 in 2014 and 5 in 2015. If i define in settings how many posts are in page, years will mean anything.

Is there a way to value how many posts must be in page? Or is there a way to change pagination to archive pagination?

Oh I wish I had more knowledge on wordpress and would think of a way myself 🙂
