DominicAt the moment, the plugin has support to allow only registered users to view questions. The plugin work fine with the Notification of the BuddyPress plugin and does not support live chat, you can use the third-party plugin to add the live chat to your site.
The plugin has support to you custom the page template file and style, you can custom all the template file in the wp-content/plugin/dw-question-answer/templates/styles/default folder.
You can create the dwqa-templates/styles/default folder into your theme folder and copy/paste all the templates file into this folder to custom the page template file.
