DWQA Email Notification not working

Hi there
I have the newest version of DWQA installed. Email-Notifications of new posts are not being sent, or better said are not being received.
I can’t add multiple receivers in the field, only when i add one single receiver the notification is being sent.
How can i add more than one email-adress?

Thanks Dominic, well if i can’t add multiple receivers, the question is answered.

But i have another question open since some time called “answers not counting” which is quite urgent now as the client is waiting for some time already! Can you please look into that asap?

– If you want to add multiple receivers, you can add the email look like the following:
[email protected],
[email protected],
– About the answer not count, I’m checking it.

Hi, at this time, only 1 admin can receive the notification question.

And for the notiffication of new post, first please make sure you host can sent mail

You can send me your site and an admin account to login. You can also contact me via live chat channel when you online so i can chat directly with you about this issue.

also to clarify- i tested with all plugins deactivated and still the notifications were not being sent to admin when a new question is posted.
