Allow user to edit-delete ONLY his OWN question, answer, comments

Hi,
An author of any question, answer or comment can not edit own content? If I give permission from admin settings, then he can edit-delete other user’s content (question, answer or comment) as well which is not correct.
So technically, How can I allow a user to be able to edit-delete only his OWN content (question, answers and comments)? Without letting him edit-delete other user’s content?
My code is on localhost and not hosted yet.

Please accept my apology for the delay in getting back to you. I know what you want. I have sent and notified to our technical team about that. We need to discuss this option. we will update it into the next version of the plugin.
