A licence for all of them?

I bought a Developer access because I need to change style to my web-zine, Newscamp.info.
My web-zine is composed by several sites, one or more for every countries: Italy, Germany, France, Holland, UK, Belgium 2 sites because they have two official languages, Switzerland 3 sites because they have three different languages.
Now the question is: may I use this access/license for all the sites, or should I buy an access/license for every site?
