Questions not showing on page

Hi there,
I am working with the DW Question Answer free version and for some reason when someone post a question on my page, it doesn’t show up on the designated “Discussion” page. Instead, it makes a new page that cannot be seen from the website.
This is the link to where the question goes:
http://atlpreservation.org/question/city-of-atlanta-wide-clt-community-driven-land-trusts/
It should be under “Discussion”. Please advise.

Hi, i’ve add the list question to the discussion page : http://atlpreservation.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=93&action=edit

usually you should make 2 page, 1 for ask question, 2 for question list, but it combine in to one as i’ve edit

And the redirect after ask question is the single page of the question that you just ask, so people can answer or comment in it.
