Cannot Add or remove widgets to "Questions" Page

Hi
1 – i am trying to remove the widgets from the questions page (i want to add a category widget in sidebar) i cannot add any widgets to Questions Page – I can however add fine on the “Ask Question” Page but not the Questions Page.
The Questions Page URL = http://www.howandwhy.co.za/questions/
The Ask Question URL = http://www.howandwhy.co.za/ask/

2 – Also i would like to know if theirs a way to bulk import questions and answers from a CSV file.

Hi, so sorry but at this time i can’t get in to your site.

1,However, the Question list and ask question page is from setting of your theme, it get your theme page template, and i need to login to your site to check it. When your site up you can contact me directly in the live chat.

2, for import question from CSV file you could use this tool : https://wordpress.org/plugins/csv-import-export/

how ever if you have your own CSV file with your stucture try to massive import then we need to create a new tool for that.
