How long can we have support for the theme?

Hello,
you say here that you offer life support for the theme update. In the DW Focus, you say support will be available for 6 months. SO: If I buy the theme, the support will be… ?

Hi Viorel,
The 6 months support will be counted from the date you purchase our product 🙂
During this time, feel free to raise your issue here and we will help you out. Also you can download updated version as we update our products.

I’m ok with 6 months support if I’ll have any questions. But I want to know if I’ll need to pay to have theme updates after 6 months. The WordPress is a fast changing software, as you know it.

I understand your concern Viorel.
You can still upgrade our products after the 6 months period, since you have purchased the Life-time for a product.
Actually we are developing our system and soon we will move to theme clubs, and this will make every clearer in terms of product upgrades and support 🙂
