Anonymus email notification

Hello,
I am using DWQA Version 1.4.8 and users can submit question, comments and answers anonymously.
No emails are currently being sent to anonymous users who have provided an email address. And I can’t find these email addresses in the admin panel.
Could you please help me with these two questions?

We have tested on our demo and the notification option still work with the anonymous user. To send the email, you need to install/configure the SMTP on your site. If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
Also, you can not find the email of the anonymous user with the free version. This feature only included in the pro version.

Hello,
I’m having trouble with email notifications. I have WP Mail STMP installed and working (I ran the email test and received it).
In the DWQA settings I put the same email configured in STMP and I am not receiving any email.
What should I do?

In this case, you should send me username & password of your site for further checking.

I am currently receiving notifications for new questions and comments, and email notifications of answers are not being sent. Where do I send you the username & password?

just want to inform you, that I got your login credentails via e-mail adriano.dassis, because I started this thread. I think there is a bug in the e-mail notifications!

Maybe all subscribers of a thread get the private answers

You mean. when admin uses a private answer to a publishing question, all the subscribers of a thread get the notification via email. Right?

I just wanted to say, that I got the private answer from adriano.dassis with his login credentials via email (because I am the thread starter). Thats a bug.

I’m not sure about your issue but If you are an author of the question or admin, you can get notification from your question.
